It is done, spectacularly: Jennifer Baskerville-Burroughs is the new Bishop of Indianapolis, with colleagues standing behind her: Bishops Barbara C. Harris (in red), first woman bishop in Anglican history, and Catherine M. Waynick, left, the new bishop’s predecessor. Jennifer is the first black woman to have full charge of a diocese, and the first woman to succeed another woman in the Episcopal Church. Hallelujah! (Meghan McConnell)
